1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Interamnia ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.
Interamnia is currently in beta/early access. Features may change, break, or disappear as we build and improve the Platform.
2. About Interamnia
Interamnia is a business platform for conscious practitioners — astrologers, tarot readers, and adjacent service providers. We're building cooperative infrastructure where practitioners maintain ownership of their data and eventually become member-owners of the Platform itself.
Your data belongs to you. We don't sell it, mine it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. We employ real humans and we're working toward a cooperative ownership model.
3. Beta Access & Founding Members
Beta Status: The Platform is under active development. You may experience bugs, downtime, data inconsistencies, or features that don't work as expected. We'll fix issues as quickly as possible, but we make no guarantees about uptime or functionality during beta.
Founding Member Pricing: If you join during the founding member period, you receive lifetime access for a one-time fee — no recurring charges, ever. This holds permanently, even as the Platform transitions out of beta and standard pricing increases. Founding members will have priority consideration for future cooperative ownership stakes.
4. Future Cooperative Ownership Model
Interamnia intends to transition to a cooperative ownership structure where practitioners become member-owners.
Ownership stakes will be based on:
- Tenure on the Platform
- Total revenue contribution (cumulative dues paid)
- Network growth (verified referrals)
No ownership is guaranteed at this time. The cooperative transition timeline, governance structure, and stake allocation formula are still being developed. By using the Platform during this period, you acknowledge that you are currently a user, and that future ownership is a goal rather than a contractual right. The cooperative model may change based on legal, financial, and community input.
When the cooperative model launches, founding members will receive first notice and priority participation.
5. Your Account & Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.)
- Your own client data accuracy and legal compliance
- Your custom domain DNS setup and maintenance
You agree not to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
- Use the Platform for illegal activities
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Platform
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Data Ownership & Portability
You own your data. This includes:
- Your client and contact lists
- Email content, broadcasts, and sequences
- Course content, product listings, and landing pages
- Birth charts and associated metadata
You can export your data at any time. If you leave the Platform, you take your data with you.
The Platform infrastructure, code, and branding belong to Interamnia. You're licensing access to the software.
7. Privacy & Third-Party Services
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We use third-party services including:
- Resend (email delivery)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Fly.io (infrastructure hosting)
These services have their own privacy policies. We choose vendors that respect user privacy, but we're not responsible for their practices.
8. Email Sending & Deliverability
Custom domains: If you send marketing emails from your own domain, you're responsible for DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC records), domain reputation, and compliance with email regulations.
Platform defaults: Transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, booking notifications) may be sent from @interamnia.io or your practitioner subdomain.
Sending limits: Email sending is subject to platform capacity and fair use. During beta, total email volume across all practitioners is capped at 50,000 marketing emails per month. Individual practitioner limits are based on contact tier (Starter: 200 contacts, Growth: 1,000 contacts, Pro: unlimited). We'll notify you if platform-wide volume approaches capacity.
We are not responsible for:
- Emails marked as spam due to your content or domain reputation
- Bounced emails from invalid addresses in your contact list
- ISP filtering or blocking
9. Payment Terms
Founding Member (Private Beta) Pricing (5 spots only):
- Starter: $111 one-time — lifetime access
- Growth: $444 one-time — lifetime access
- Pro: $1,111 one-time — lifetime access

- Growth: $88/month
- Pro: $222/month
Standard Pricing (post-beta):
- Starter: $33/month

Founding Member slots grant lifetime access with no recurring fees. Once the 5 Founding Member slots are confirmed and paid, beta user pricing applies to all subsequent signups during the beta period. Monthly subscription charges are processed via Stripe. If payment fails, we'll notify you and pause account access until resolved.
Refunds: One-time founding member fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees may be refunded at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Price Changes:
- Founding members: Lifetime access with no recurring fees, locked permanently.
- Beta users: Monthly rates locked permanently at beta pricing.
- Standard pricing: May change over time for new members who join after beta ends.
Founding members and beta users retain their original rates forever, regardless of future price changes.

Fair use: Email sending is subject to platform capacity and fair-use policies. Storage is subject to reasonable limits (we'll notify you if you're approaching them). Excessive API usage, bandwidth consumption, or resource abuse may result in throttling or tier adjustments.
If you're running a large operation that exceeds our infrastructure capacity, we'll work with you on an Enterprise plan.
11. Intellectual Property
Your content belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your courses, landing pages, emails, or client data.
The Interamnia codebase, logo, and branding belong to us. You can't copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
Interamnia uses open-source libraries. Their licenses apply to those components independently.
12. Termination
You can leave at any time. Export your data and cancel your subscription.
We can terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in illegal activity
- Abuse the Platform or other users
- Fail to pay subscription fees
If we terminate your account for violations, you'll receive notice and an opportunity to export your data (unless termination is due to illegal activity or immediate security threat).
13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as-is" during beta. We make no warranties about uptime, availability, data accuracy, email deliverability, or freedom from bugs.
We are not liable for:
- Lost revenue due to Platform downtime
- Data loss (though we maintain regular backups)
- Third-party service failures (Resend, Stripe, Fly.io)
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
14. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Disputes: We prefer to resolve issues directly. If we can't reach resolution, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except where prohibited by law.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. We'll notify you of material changes via email or Platform announcement.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Sales Tax & Tax Compliance
Tax responsibility is yours. Interamnia is a software platform — not a marketplace facilitator. We process payments through your own Stripe account, and we do not collect, remit, or advise on sales tax, VAT, GST, or any other tax on your behalf.
As a practitioner using Interamnia to sell services, digital products, or physical goods, you are solely responsible for:
- Determining whether you have a tax collection obligation in any jurisdiction
- Registering with the appropriate tax authorities
- Calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST
- Maintaining records required for tax compliance
Interamnia is not liable for any taxes, penalties, interest, or compliance failures arising from your sales or use of the Platform. This applies regardless of whether you use Stripe Tax or any other tax tool.
We provide documentation on how to configure Stripe Tax for your account as an educational resource. This is not tax advice. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified tax professional for your specific situation.
See our Sales Tax Guide for practical guidance on setting up Stripe Tax.
