This Privacy Policy explains how Interamnia ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our Platform.
We believe in data sovereignty. Your data belongs to you. We don't sell it, mine it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account and use the Platform, you provide:
- Account information: Name, email address, password, business name
- Profile information: Bio, profile photo, website URL, custom domain
- Payment information: Billing address, payment method (processed by Stripe—we don't store full credit card numbers)
- Client/contact data: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, birth data (date, time, location), tags, notes, and any custom fields you create
- Content you create: Email broadcasts, sequences, landing pages, courses, products, booking calendars, and any other content you publish through the Platform
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Platform, we automatically collect:
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, time spent on Platform
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, device identifiers
- Log data: Server logs, error reports, performance metrics
Information from Third Parties
- Stripe: Payment status, transaction history, billing disputes
- Resend: Email delivery status, bounce rates, spam complaints, open/click rates (if you enable tracking)
- Your clients: When your clients interact with your booking calendar, purchase products, or access courses, we collect the information they provide
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide the Platform: Create and maintain your account, deliver features, process payments, send transactional emails
- Improve the Platform: Analyze usage patterns, fix bugs, develop new features, optimize performance
- Communicate with you: Send important updates, respond to support requests, notify you of changes to Terms or Privacy Policy
- Ensure security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats

Service Providers
We use third-party services to operate the Platform:
- Resend (email delivery): Receives email content, recipient addresses, and delivery metadata
- Stripe (payment processing): Receives billing information and processes payments
- Fly.io (hosting): Hosts Platform infrastructure and databases
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for providing their services.
Your Clients
When your clients interact with your business through Interamnia (booking sessions, purchasing products, accessing courses), they see the information you choose to share with them.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect our rights or property
- Prevent fraud or security threats
- Protect user safety
Business Transfers
If Interamnia is acquired, merged, or transitions to cooperative ownership, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Google User Data
If you connect your Google account to Interamnia (for example, to sync Google Calendar for bookings or send email via Gmail), our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, Interamnia:
- Only uses Google user data to provide and improve the features you've explicitly authorized (e.g., syncing your calendar, sending emails on your behalf)
- Does not sell, rent, lease, or transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose
- Does not use Google user data to train, fine-tune, or develop generalized AI/ML models
- Does not allow humans to read Google user data, except: (a) with your explicit consent for specific messages, (b) when necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) when the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations
- Stores Google user data only as long as needed to provide the features you've authorized, and deletes it promptly when you disconnect your Google account or delete your Interamnia account
You can revoke Interamnia's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
When you delete your account:
- Your profile and content are deleted within 30 days
- Backups containing your data are deleted within 90 days
- Financial records (for tax/legal compliance) are retained for 7 years
Your client data: You can delete individual contacts or bulk delete data at any time. Deleted contacts are purged from live databases within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
6. Your Rights & Controls
You have the right to:
Access Your Data
You can view, download, and export all your data from your account dashboard at any time.
Correct Your Data
You can update your account information, profile, and client data directly through the Platform.
Delete Your Data
You can delete individual contacts, content, or your entire account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Port Your Data
You can export your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON) and take it with you if you leave the Platform.
Object to Processing
You can opt out of non-essential communications or request we stop processing your data for certain purposes (though this may limit Platform functionality).
Withdraw Consent
Where we rely on your consent to process data, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
7. Data Security
We take security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your data:
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL)
- Access controls: Limited employee access to user data, with audit logs
- Regular backups: Automated daily backups stored securely
