Interamnia is a platform built by practitioners, for practitioners. This policy explains honestly how artificial intelligence tools are — and are not — part of how we build and operate this platform, and offers guidance on how we think about AI in your practice.
How Interamnia uses AI
AI tools support the work of building and running Interamnia. Specifically, we use AI for:
- Internal operations and administrative tasks — scheduling, documentation, planning
- Code generation and development tooling — as an aid to the developer writing and reviewing all code
- Drafting copywriting and marketing materials — always reviewed and edited by a human before publishing
- Drafting customer support responses — always reviewed by a human before sending
In every case, a human — currently the founder — reviews, edits, and takes responsibility for the output before it reaches you or anyone else.
How Interamnia does not use AI
These commitments are firm:
- AI is not integrated into the Interamnia product. There are no AI-generated features, recommendations, or automations inside your dashboard.
- Your data is never used to train any AI model — by us or by any third party we work with.
- Your clients' data is never used to train any AI model.
- We do not sell or share your data with AI companies.
- No AI reads your contact lists, email content, course materials, or client records.
Interamnia does not use AI to make decisions about your account, your clients, or your practice. Those decisions belong to you.
AI and your practice
We don't police how you run your business. But because Interamnia exists to serve practitioners who work with depth, presence, and integrity, we want to be transparent about the values we bring to this question.
The practitioners who thrive on this platform lead with their genuine voice, their real wisdom, and their authentic relationship with their work. That's what your clients are paying for.
With that in mind, here's how we think about AI use on the platform:
Permitted
- Using AI to edit, polish, or refine copy you have written in your own voice
- Using AI-generated images for decorative purposes within your website — backgrounds, textures, abstract elements
- Using AI to generate mockups or visual concepts for print-on-demand products like books or decks — provided the final product is clearly represented
- Using AI tools for admin, scheduling, research, or brainstorming behind the scenes
- Being transparent with your own clients if AI plays a role in your work
We discourage
- Bulk AI-generated blog posts, course content, or email broadcasts passed off as your own voice
- AI-generated readings, chart interpretations, or intuitive content delivered to clients as your own work
Policy violations — grounds for removal from the platform
The following are clear violations of our community standards and may result in account termination:
- Selling entirely AI-generated products or services without clear disclosure — if a client is paying for your work, your expertise, or your voice, they must be getting it.
- Using AI-generated images to misrepresent products or services — for example, using AI images as product photography for physical items, or using AI-generated portraits to impersonate yourself or create a false impression of your appearance or credentials.
- Using AI to generate client reports, readings, or interpretations delivered as your own professional assessment — this includes astrology readings, human design reports, tarot interpretations, and similar personalised work.
- Content that misrepresents your credentials, experience, or qualifications — AI-generated or otherwise.
If you're uncertain whether something crosses a line, ask yourself: would your client feel deceived if they knew? If yes, don't do it.
The spirit of this
Interamnia exists in the space between worlds — between the old extractive model of software and something new. The practitioners building their businesses here are doing meaningful, embodied, relational work. AI is a tool that can serve that work or dilute it. We trust you to know the difference.
If you have questions about this policy or want to share your perspective, we'd love to hear from you at kieran@interamnia.io.
